Activities for the Implementation of the JR ASI+ Project in Full Swing

We are pleased to announce that we have successfully joined the JR ASI+ project, Support for Companies in Extending Work Activity, co-financed by the Public Scholarship, Development, Disability and Maintenance Fund of the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union from the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+). The project is part of the policy objective “A more social and inclusive Europe” and the priority “Skills, competencies and a responsive labour market” (ESO4.4).

Why are we participating in the project?

We recognize the key role of older employees—their knowledge, experience, and contribution to the development of our organisation. Participation in the ASI+ project allows us to:

• strengthen the competencies of older employees,
• promote active and healthy ageing in the workplace,
• create a work environment that supports longer and higher-quality careers, and
• further develop our progressive, development-oriented HR policies.

What activities will we carry out within the project?

As part of the project, we will implement the following activities in our company:

  1. Preparation of a strategy for effective management of older employees.
  2. Preparation of individual plans for personal and professional development.
  3. Implementation of training and competency development for employees included in the project.
